If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and your appointment. In the event that our stylist take you as a patron outside of your appointment time, you will be required to pay for your desired style in full. No exceptions will be made. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure you are seated by your appointment time.

Please contact us by phone at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. Upon cancellation, you may reschedule your appointment, with your deposit intact. Please be prepared to provide your appointment confirmation number.

All styles include braiding or twisting hair. All prices include hair. For special styles that require hair that we do not stock, please get clearance in advance. All style prices are final and will not be reduced with the provision of your own hair.
